Ações a Implementar:1. Reconfiguração de Áreas: Transformação de duas áreas atualmente designadas para serviços administrativos e sala de convívio em dois quartos duplos e um quarto individual, além da remodelação de uma sala de reuniões.2. Reconversão de Áreas Suplementares: Estas áreas suplementares não estavam inicialmente previstas no programa-base da unidade.3. Padronização do Primeiro Piso: Com a intervenção, o primeiro piso será padronizado replicando a tipologia existente no segundo piso.4. Conversão de Quartos Individuais em Quartos Duplos: A passagem de cinco quartos individuais para duplos.5. Aumento da Capacidade: Pretende-se aumentar o número de camas de 55 para 65, distribuídas em:- 40 Camas de Longa Duração e Manutenção- 10 Camas de Média Duração e Reabilitação- 10 Camas de Convalescença- 5 Camas de Gestão PrivadaInvestimentos do Projeto:1. Obras de Remodelação: Orçamentadas em 177 762,00 €.2. Estudos e Projetos: Com um valor de 28 689,57 €.3. Equipamentos: Investimento de 80 624,66 €.Destaca-se que os elementos construtivos e acabamentos a serem utilizados nas novas áreas replicarão os já existentes nos quartos atuais. Essa intervenção permitirá a criação de 10 novas camas em Unidade de Convalescença, garantindo funcionalidade e adequação para o atendimento dos utentes.
Beneficiaries

- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
