O investimento necessário para a concretização deste projeto materializa-se em 4 Ações: AÇÃO 1 || ESTUDOS E PROJETOS AÇÃO 2 || EDIFÍCIOS E CONSTRUÇÕESAÇÃO 3 || EQUIPAMENTOSAÇÃO 4 || IMPLEMENTAÇÃO DE PROGRAMAS DE REABILITAÇÃO PSICOSSOCIALAÇÃO 1 || ESTUDOS E PROJETOS (10% do investimento)Nesta fase inicial do projeto, foram realizadas pesquisas aprofundadas e estudos de viabilidade para avaliar os requisitos e necessidades específicas da RAMa. Foram efetuadas reuniões com especialistas em demência, arquitetos e engenheiros de forma a sustentar as melhores práticas de design, construção e instalações para pessoas com doença mental grave.Com base nessas informações, foi desenvolvido um plano de projeto detalhado, incluindo o cronograma das atividades, o orçamento estimado e os recursos necessários. AÇÃO 2 || EDIFÍCIOS E CONSTRUÇÕES (70% do investimento)O atual Piso 0 e 1 do Edifício das Flores e Sol será sujeito a obras de reformulação e readaptação, sendo que a intervenção centra-se na reorganização funcional de todo o espaço interior de forma a tornar o ambiente menos exigente cognitivamente e seguro aos vários níveis.AÇÃO 3 || EQUIPAMENTOS (20% do investimento)Aquisição de mobiliário, material tecnológico e equipamentos e instrumentos médicos.AÇÃO 4 || IMPLEMENTAÇÃO DE PROGRAMAS DE REABILITAÇÃO PSICOSSOCIAL Corresponde à entrada em funcionamento da RAMa. Nesta residência serão implementados programas de reabilitação para pessoas com doença mental grave.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
