11.1.1 - Envolvimento de potenciais elementos para a rede colaborativa para a transição energética e descarbonização. Selecionar explorações, agricultores e/ou agroindústrias que a um nível regional tenham potencial para integrar uma futura comunidade de energia renovável., 11.1.2 - Capacitação dos elementos da rede colaborativa. Sensibilização/formação dos elementos da rede colaborativa para as ações demonstradas na Tarefa 11.2.2, como forma de potenciar a implementação das práticas demonstradas., 11.1.3 Análise técnico-económica de cenários de Comunidades de Energia Renovável Avaliação tecno-económica dos cenários de implementação de comunidade de energia renovável identificados na Tarefa 11.1.1. Com base nas escolhas, será realizado um levantamento de informação relativo a todos os dados pertinentes a nível técnico e económico, nomeadamente custos operacionais (incluindo gastos energéticos, gastos na gestão de resíduos, recursos humanos, manutenção e substituição de equipamentos, etc.), dados energéticos (consumos associados a todas as operações, levantamento das proveniências energéticas). Com este levantamento de dados, será possível delinear uma análise tecno-económica a cada um dos cenários definidos enquanto Comunidade de Energia Renovável, e incluir sugestões de otimização para cenários de aproveitamento energético melhorado.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.

Beneficiaries representing public entities implement their project by signing one or more contracts with suppliers for goods or services through public procurement procedures.
