A candidatura tem como finalidade a construção do novo edifício da Unidade de Saúde Garcia da Orta e Homem do Leme, que ficará localizado num terreno privado municipal, com área total de 2.115 m2, sito na Rua Sá de Albergaria e Av. da Boavista, na freguesia de Nevogilde.A Unidade de Saúde terá uma área útil de 1.518 m2, que integrará as seguintes valências: USF – Unidade de Saúde Familiar do Garcia da Orta, USF – Unidade de Saúde Familiar Homem do Leme e URAP – Unidade de Recursos Assistenciais Partilhados.USF Garcia da Orta | Área útil - 603 m2 | Área Bruta – 730 m2USF Homem do Leme | Área útil – 501 m2 | Área Bruta – 607 m2URAP | Área útil – 119 m2 | Área Bruta – 144 m2Áreas Comuns | Área útil - 295 m2 | Área Bruta – 358 m2Totais | Área útil - 1 518 m2 | Área Bruta - 1 839 m2O edifício será dimensionado para um total de 32 000 inscritos, contando com cerca de 70 colaboradores (médicos, enfermeiros, técnicos e assistentes). A organização do espaço deve cumprir o estipulado no programa funcional anexo, no respeitante a compartimentos e respetivas áreas.No que respeita ao investimento, estima-se o seguinte: Projeto – 230 000,00 €Empreitada – 3 110 000,00 €Outras despesas e serviços diversos (Fiscalização) – 160 000,00 €O valor total estimado é de 3 500 000,00 € (três milhões e quinhentos mil euros) acrescido do IVA, à taxa legal em vigor.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
