O projeto aborda a substituição de AC’ s, eliminação de aquecimentos central a água, substituição de luminárias, instalação de painéis fotovoltaicos, montagem de AQS através de coletores solares e bomba de calor, pinturas do edifício, reabilitação dos espaços verdes e reabilitação da zona do terraço com isolamento.Os sistemas de ar condicionado existentes serão substituídos por unidades mais eficientes em termos energéticos, visando reduzir o consumo de energia elétrica e os custos associados. O sistema de aquecimento central a água será eliminado.Será realizada a substituição das luminárias convencionais por luminárias LED mais eficientes, contribuindo para a redução do consumo de eletricidade e a melhoria da iluminação no interior do edifício. Paralelamente, serão instalados painéis fotovoltaicos para produção de energia elétrica e sistemas solares térmicos para aquecimento de águas sanitárias, promovendo a utilização de fontes renováveis e a redução da pegada ambiental.A zona do terraço será reabilitada, sendo aplicado um novo isolamento, visando garantir a estanquidade do edifício.Serão realizadas pinturas exteriores e interiores no edifício, garantindo a sua conservação e melhorando a sua estética. Paralelamente, serão reabilitados os espaços verdes envolventes, promovendo a sua manutenção e valorização, contribuindo para o bem-estar dos utilizadores e a integração paisagística.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
