O edifício do Centro de Saúde de Penela foi construído no ano 2000, composto por dois pisos, será alvo de melhorias visando aprimorar a eficiência energética, a segurança e o conforto do local. A seguir, detalho as principais ações da intervenção:• Requalificação de Fachadas e Coberturas: Implementação de isolamento térmico nas fachadas para melhorar a eficiência energética; Realização de reparos na cobertura de duas águas, incluindo isolamento térmico para garantir condições ideais.• Modernização de Sistemas: Introdução de novos sistemas de Aquecimento, Ventilação e Ar Condicionado (AVAC) para proporcionar um ambiente mais confortável e controlado; Adoção de sistemas modernos de Água Quente Sanitária (AQS) para atender às necessidades sanitárias com eficiência.• Eficiência Energética: Instalação de painéis fotovoltaicos para aproveitamento de energia solar, contribuindo para a sustentabilidade e redução de custos energéticos. Implementação de medidas especializadas adicionais para otimizar a eficiência energética global do edifício.• Substituição de Caixilharias: Substituição das caixilharias em alumínio por versões mais eficientes, em conformidade com as normativas térmicas vigentes.• Aquisição de equipamento de saúde
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
