O projeto de remodelação da Vivenda de São José visa a adaptação e requalificação do edifício para instalação da Estrutura Residencial de Reabilitação (ERR), assegurando condições de segurança, acessibilidade e conforto para as pessoas assistidas.As ações previstas incluem:• Demolições e adequações estruturais: remoção de elementos obsoletos e reorganização dos espaços interiores.• Escadas, tetos, pavimentos e paredes: execução de novos acessos, instalação de tetos falsos com isolamento, aplicação de revestimentos resistentes e higiénicos e acabamentos em pintura e azulejo.• Cozinha e instalações sanitárias: renovação integral com novos equipamentos, garantindo funcionalidade e acessibilidade.• Instalações elétricas e canalizações: substituição integral das redes de eletricidade, águas, esgotos e aquecimento, cumprindo as normas técnicas atuais.• Cobertura e exteriores: reparação e tratamento da cobertura, requalificação de portões de acesso e substituição de portadas.• Casa do forno: reabilitação completa do espaço, preservando a sua funcionalidade.• Limpeza final: entrega do edifício em condições de utilização imediata.A execução será assegurada por equipa técnica multidisciplinar especializada, garantindo qualidade, cumprimento da legislação e segurança em todas as fases da intervenção.A duração prevista da obra é de cerca de 4 meses, permitindo a entrada em funcionamento da ERR dentro do calendário definido.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
