O edifício apresenta várias patologias construtivas ao nível da cobertura, pavimentos, impermeabilizações, infiltrações, carecendo de uma intervenção na totalidade da edificação. Com este investimento, pretende-se: - aplicar um sistema de isolamento térmico pelo exterior, sistema Etics;- substituir o sistema da cobertura será substituído, onde serão aplicados novos sistemas de impermeabilização e será aumentada a espessura do isolamento;- renovação da pintura integral do edifício, interior e exterior;- serão efetuadas novos peitoris, para melhorar a correspondente drenagem das águas pluviais.- limpeza das paredes de fachada, muros e palas com recurso à aplicação de jato de água e areia sob pressão com função decapante e de limpeza e remoção dos elementos de reboco que se encontrem soltos e deteriorados. - reparação de fissuras, fendas e buracos existentes, mediante a substituição do reboco com recurso a argamassas apropriadas para o efeito. - substituição dos rodapés por sistema de meia cana;- como intervenções menores, referem-se a limpeza a jato de água, a limpeza de pavimentos exteriores, a reparação de elementos pontuais no interior do edificio.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
