O projeto de intervenção na Requalificação do Centro de Saúde de Chaves 1, visa a realização de atividades de acordo com o definido no Programa funcional em anexo a esta candidatura. O programa funcional aprovado em 03-07-2023 pelo Concelho Diretivo da Administração Regional de Saúde do Norte, no âmbito das suas competências, permitindo o desenvolvimento do projeto para a requalificação do edifício onde se encontra instalada a Unidade de Saúde de Chaves I. Este Programa Funcional servirá como guia durante todas as fases do projeto, desde o planejamento até a execução, garantindo que o centro de saúde seja projetado e construído de acordo com as necessidades da comunidade e os padrões de saúde estabelecidos.Estes trabalhos foram estimados no valor global de 1 282 000,00€ ((c/Iva) dos quais serão financiados 1 200 000,00€ com Taxa Financiamento a 100%.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
