Relativamente às ações de investimento prevista para a presente intervenção, esta, apenas prevê uma única ação de investimento sendo a mesma designada por “Requalificação da Unidade de Saúde do Edifício Rebordosa” sobre a qual irão desenvolver-se as seguintes intervenções: - Pintura de tetos - Pinturas completa dos tetos interiores com primário e tinta anti fungos e antialcalino, lavável, de forma a garantir um bom acabamento, incluindo regularização de juntas, tapa furos com massa reparação e lixagem. - Equipamentos - Nesta intervenção estão ainda considerados equipamentos de ar condicionado, em substituição dos sistemas de aquecimento e arrefecimento existentes. Será considerada a instalação de um sistema split, o qual liga a unidades interiores a unidades exteriores, para uma instalação fácil e um aquecimento e arrefecimento simples. No mesmo sentido será instalada uma tecnologia de inverter, a qual reduz o consumo de energia até 30% em comparação com um sistema não-inverter.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
