A aposta nos cuidados de saúde primários, assentes em princípios da prevenção da doença e promoção da saúde, são premissas fundamentais para a saúde e bem-estar da população, pelo que, em alinhamento com as estratégias nacional e municipal, que resulta do diagnóstico nas diferentes áreas e domínios considerando as necessidades da população e as prioridades de ação, a presente operação de investimento contempla a requalificação e adaptação do edifício sede do ACES Grande Porto I - Santo Tirso / Trofa, ao nível das coberturas, revestimento sistema ‘’ETICS’’, e caixilharias visando a eficiência energética do edifício, criação de gabinete de consulta numa das UF, ou seja, por ordem de prioridades de Intervenção - patologias graves:a) fachadas/corpos avançados em consola – sistema ‘’etics’’ e pintura/branco;b) cobertura, humidades, juntas de dilatação;c) lanternim, entrada de água;d) piso vinílico, retirar rodapés em madeira e dobrar em vinílico (tipo ‘’Forbo – Surestep’’, ou equivalente);e) AVAC – Equipamentos de Ar Concionados (praticamente todos avariados…);f) Caixilharias;g) WC, piso 0;h) 1 Gabinete;
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
