O projeto inclui intervenções de requalificação nas várias áreas funcionais e nos acessos, arruamentos e arranjos exteriores, conforme estudo funcional, traduzindo-se em obras de beneficiação, adaptação e interligação entre espaços, melhoria das acessibilidades, aumento da eficiência energética, pinturas e tratamento de paredes, beneficiação e modernização de infraestruturas (incêndios, águas, esgotos, climatização etc.) entre outros.Os investimentos a realizar são compostos pela elaboração do projeto, a execução da empreitada e os serviços de fiscalização.O edifício a intervencionar foi construído no ano de 1991 e ampliado em 2008 com a inserção de módulos de consultas metálico pré-fabricado e conforme estudo funcional, necessita urgentemente de adequar as instalações e equipamentos às mais recentes normas e especificidades técnicas do Ministério da Saúde, pelo que é indiscutível as mais valias em matéria de acessibilidade, segurança e eficiência energética.
Beneficiaries

- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
