A operação de Beneficiação do Centro de Saúde de Lagos visa assim colmatar as necessidades identificadas no Programa Funcional elaborado pela ARS Algarve, que se encontra em anexo à presente candidatura, e acima referenciadas.As soluções técnicas a implementar encontram-se perfeitamente alinhadas com as orientações e respetivas especificações constantes na descrição da Componente 1: Cuidados de Saúde Primários com mais resposta, requalificar ou adaptar edifícios para aumentar a eficiência energética, cumprir planos de contingência e/ou assegurar a acessibilidade, a segurança e o conforto de utentes e profissionais, do PRR, garantindo o cumprimento das condições exigíveis para beneficiação da comparticipação do investimento identificado, encontrando-se assentes nas despesas elegíveis no Aviso N.º 14/CO1-i01/2023. O Município de Lagos pretende candidatar as seguintes componentes:• Elaboração do Projeto de Execução “Conservação e Beneficiação do Centro se Saúde de Lagos”;• Revisão do Projeto “Conservação e Beneficiação do Centro se Saúde de Lagos”;• Empreitada para “Conservação e Beneficiação do Centro se Saúde de Lagos”;• Prestação de serviços conexas com a empreitada – Certificação Energética, Fiscalização, segurança e coordenação em obra.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
