O projeto alvo da presente candidatura desenvolve-se em três componentes de investimento: 1. Prestações de serviços conexas com a empreitada (c/IVA) - Estudo Geológico e Geotécnico (já realizado) – 4.183,85 € - Estudo Prévio (já realizado) + Projeto de Execução + Assistência à Obra – 79.950,00 € - Auditoria Energética - 3.813,00 € - Fiscalização de obra – 147.600,00 € Todas as prestações de serviço identificadas são imprescindíveis para a realização da empreitada propriamente dita, ou seja, são considerados serviços conexos à mesma. 2. Trabalhos de empreitada de obras públicas - Requalificação do Centro de Saúde de Oliveira do Hospital – 2.097.034,04 €: Esta intervenção passa pela requalificação dos 3 pisos do Centro de Saúde existente e a ampliação a Norte com uma nova construção de 3 pisos. Todos os trabalhos realizados no âmbito da empreitada têm em vista o cumprimento dos requisitos de eficiência energética dos edifícios, bem como dos planos de contingência, assegurando ainda a acessibilidade a segurança e o conforto de utentes e profissionais. 3. Encargos com publicitação e Atos Notariais - Publicitação e Atos Notariais– 3.000,00 € Esta componente diz respeito aos encargos decorrentes com a publicitação do financiamento ao abrigo do PRR, no local das obras de requalificação e ampliação do edifício financiado e, após a conclusão da obra, no próprio edifício e ainda com as despesas relativas a atos notariais e de registo de que dependa a regular contratação e garantia dos apoios. As componentes de investimento têm um custo global estimado de 2.335.580,89 € (c/ IVA).
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
