Summary

A submedida i3.03 visa aumentar a homogeneidade entre as instalações dos Serviços Locais de Saúde Mental em Portugal. O Centro Hospitalar de Entre Douro e Vouga, E.P.E., propõe um projeto que inclui a ampliação da edificação da Unidade de Internamento de Psiquiatria, em duas outras valências, nomeadamente do serviço Ambulatório de Psiquiatria (Consulta Externa de Psiquiatria e Hospital de Dia) e do Serviço de Pedopsiquiatria, numa dimensão adequada à integração das respostas ambulatoriais de adultos e da infância e adolescência. Com o referido projeto, pretende-se edificar à cota do primeiro andar, uma área destinada a Hospital de Dia, cumprindo os requisitos funcionais inerentes à criação de resposta ambulatorial de Psiquiatria. A estratégia garantirá a existência de circuitos funcionais autónomos para todas as áreas consideradas, ou seja, um circuito autónomo para o Internamento de Psiquiatria, um circuito autónomo para o Ambulatório de Psiquiatria e outro circuito autónomo para Pedopsiquiatria. O projeto do CHEDV E.P.E., tem um valor estimado de 1.709.650,00€ (S/IVA), atente-se que o PRR irá financiar 1.500.000,00€ do investimento, sendo o remanescente financiado por fundos próprios desta Entidade.

Beneficiaries

Within the scope of the Recovery and Resilience Plan, two types of beneficiaries are responsible for carrying out the projects and using the funding provided. Due to their similar role, the reference to these two types of beneficiaries has been simplified and unified under the term "Beneficiary".
The two types are::
  • Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
  • Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.

Call for applications

As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.

The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
