Este projeto de investimento permite dotar a ULS Algarve de novos equipamentos, reforçando a transição digital da saúde, bem como, reforçar novas valências inexistentes na instituição. A aquisição de novos equipamentos aposta na inovação e modernização para reter e atrair novos recursos humanos e prestar os melhores cuidados de saúde da região. Com este projeto, e através da aquisição dos equipamentos nele previstos, contribuiremos para reforçar a capacidade do Serviço Nacional de Saúde (SNS) responder às mudanças demográficas e epidemiológicas do país, à inovação terapêutica e tecnológica, à tendência de custos crescentes em saúde e às expetativas de uma sociedade mais informada e exigente. O mesmo enquadra-se nos objetivos e prioridades do Aviso Nº06/C01-i042025 – Instalações e Equipamentos Centros de Saúde para as Unidades de Saúde do SNS.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.

Beneficiaries representing public entities implement their project by signing one or more contracts with suppliers for goods or services through public procurement procedures.
