Esta candidatura da ULSRA visa reforçar significativamente o seu parque de equipamentos médicos hospitalares através de um investimento estruturante financiado pelo Plano de Recuperação e Resiliência (PRR). Esta operação insere-se na estratégia nacional de modernização tecnológica do Serviço Nacional de Saúde, com o objetivo de melhorar a capacidade assistencial, a segurança clínica e a equidade no acesso a cuidados de qualidade.O projeto contempla a aquisição de cerca de 150 equipamentos distribuídos por várias unidades da ULSRA, incluindo o Hospital Infante D. Pedro, o Hospital Visconde de Salreu e o Hospital Conde de Sucena. A tipologia de equipamentos abrange áreas como monitorização multiparametros, ventilação invasiva e não invasiva, eletrocardiografia, imagiologia, suporte de vida, anestesia e cuidados intensivos, tendo por base um mapeamento rigoroso das necessidades clínicas e operacionais identificadas pelas equipas.Trata-se de um investimento com impacto direto na capacidade de resposta da ULSRA, que permitirá renovar tecnologia obsoleta, reforçar a resiliência do SNS e garantir maior eficiência no percurso dos utentes. Ao valorizar os profissionais e assegurar meios adequados à prestação de cuidados tecnicamente avançados e seguros, esta intervenção contribui para um SNS mais moderno, coeso e centrado nas pessoas.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
