Com o presente projeto pretendemos: - Elevar a qualidade de vida da população com dependência na região Norte. - Contribuir para o alargamento da resposta de Cuidados Paliativos.- Garantir a existência de uma equipe permita a reabilitação bio-psico-social, contribuindo para melhoria da qualidade de vida em situações de dependência.- Executar através da reconversão e ampliação uma unidade de paliativos de internamento de baixa complexidade para 12 utentes.Em questão de investimento a instituição investir na reconstrução e ampliação de um edifício, efetuando uma empreitada para a realização da obra, contratando os serviços técnicos para a elaboração projeto de execução e adquirindo equipamento médico, mobiliário, informático, entre outros, conforme explanado no mapa de investimentos e na estimativa orçamental onde podemos verificar os custos da unidade.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
