Summary

Os investimentos em equipamentos, infraestruturas, estudos, projetos, e os recursos humanos são fulcrais para a concretização do projeto. Estes investimentos que vão permitir consolidar o crescimento da empresa e a sua sustentabilidade a longo prazo.O projeto visa ampliar a estrutura existente de uma Unidade de RNCCI (Rede Nacional de Cuidados Integrados) para 155 utentes, das quais 120 camas/utentes na tipologia ULDM- Unidade de Longa Duração e Manutenção Relativamente às ações a desenvolver, nos recursos humanos a contratar para assegurar os níveis de qualidade na prestação de serviços da ULDM a LarDouro vai dispor de uma equipa multidisciplinar adequada, quer no perfil profissional, quer nos tempos efetivos e dotação mínima para a pleno funcionamento desta unidade.Assim os postos a criar nesta ULDM de 120 camas são de 87 postos de trabalho distribuídos pelas áreas funcionais de Médicos, Auxiliares de Ação Médica, Enfermeiros, Fisioterapeutas, Farmacêuticos, Assistentes Sociais, Terapeutas, entre outros.Quanto aos Investimentos a realizar nesta ULDM com vista à realização do projeto, são os seguintes:. Obras de Ampliação da infraestrutura existenteNesta rubrica incluem-se todos os custos de obra relacionados com a ampliação e a reabilitação do edifício no valor de 3.529.548,79€ . Equipamentos e Instrumentos MédicosInclui todos os equipamentos relacionados com equipamento da área da enfermagem, fisioterapia, e eletroterapia no valor de 245.986,86€. Equipamentos Informáticos e de comunicaçãoInclui todos equipamentos informáticos e de comunicação, nomeadamente, Tvs, servidor informática, sistema telefónico, camaras, monitores de segurança e equipamento informático diverso no valor de 247.505,24 €. Equipamentos Gerais (incluindo mobiliário)Inclui todo o equipamento de cozinha, lavandaria, mobiliário de quarto, e mobiliário geral no valor de 514.626,12€ . Projetos revisão, fiscalização e segurançaInclui os projetos de Especialidades, Arquitetura, Fiscalização e Gestão da obra, Estudos, entre outros, no valor de 503.750,00€

Beneficiaries

Within the scope of the Recovery and Resilience Plan, two types of beneficiaries are responsible for carrying out the projects and using the funding provided. Due to their similar role, the reference to these two types of beneficiaries has been simplified and unified under the term "Beneficiary".
The two types are::

Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.

Call for applications

As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.

The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
