O projeto Unidade de Cuidados Continuados – ASM, contempla uma operação urbanística que compreende a remodelação interior da edificação existente, à face da rua Henrique Bravo, e a sua ampliação com a construção de um corpo lateral e um outro no interior do quarteirão. Para o efeito é indispensável considerar também nesta operação a união dos 3 artigos matriciais: 8993 (edifício), 1560 (terreno lateral) e 395 (terreno posterior) já solicitada à Conservatória do Registo Predial.O equipamento contará com uma capacidade de 120 utentes.O projeto contempla também as componentes de estudos e projetos e de Equipamentos e instrumentos médicos, Equipamentos informáticos de comunicação e Equipamentos gerais, incluindo mobiliário.Trata-se de um projeto que ascende a um valor global de 8.137.000,00€, acrescido de IVA.O investimento decorrerá durante 24 meses com término a 31/12/2025 e entrada em funcionamento no início de 2026.
Beneficiaries

- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
