O projeto apresentado pelo Instituto Português de Oncologia de Lisboa Francisco Gentil, E.P.E. (IPO Lisboa) visa a requalificação e melhoria da eficiência energética das fachadas de três edifícios centrais do complexo hospitalar — o Pavilhão Central, o Pavilhão de Medicina e o Pavilhão da Escola de Enfermagem.Com esta intervenção, pretende-se corrigir deficiências estruturais associadas à degradação dos revestimentos e à ausência de isolamento térmico adequado, que comprometem o conforto térmico e a sustentabilidade ambiental do hospital.O projeto contribuirá para reduzir o consumo energético e as emissões de gases com efeito de estufa, prolongar a vida útil dos edifícios e melhorar significativamente as condições ambientais e de conforto para utentes e profissionais.Esta operação enquadra-se no Aviso nº 05/C01-i04/2025 – Investimento RE-C01-i04 do PRR, no âmbito da Componente 01 – Serviço Nacional de Saúde, que visa a modernização e renovação de áreas hospitalares e equipamentos.O investimento reforça o compromisso do IPO Lisboa com a sustentabilidade, eficiência e humanização dos cuidados, assegurando condições adequadas à prestação de serviços de saúde oncológicos altamente diferenciados e à promoção da coesão territorial e social.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
