este projeto de investimento contempla as necessidades operacionais atuais, mas também a capacidade de adaptação do serviço, garantindo a sua operacionalidade, bem como a utilização futura.Pretende-se atualizar as infraestruturas e organização funcional da unidade, em conformidade com a legislação em vigor e com as recomendações técnicas definidas pela Administração Central do Sistema de Saúde (ACSS), nomeadamente as constantes do Guia para elaboração de Programas Funcionais, G 09/2024, aplicáveis aos edifícios hospitalares e seus serviços, as Recomendações Técnicas para Serviços de Urgências, RT- 11/2015 e o despacho n.º10319/2014 que determina a estrutura do Sistema Integrado de Emergência Médica (SIEM) e as tipologias de serviços de Urgência (SU) a nível nacional.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
