As instalações sanitárias do Hospital Professor Doutor Fernando Fonseca (HFF), atualmente em condições de degradação avançada, não atendem aos requisitos legais e normativos estabelecidos para garantir o conforto, segurança e acessibilidade dos utentes e profissionais de saúde. Os equipamentos sanitários existentes estão desatualizados, e a iluminação e ventilação são insuficientes, o que compromete a qualidade das condições de trabalho e o bem-estar dos doentes e demais utilizadores. Além disso, as instalações sanitárias não cumprem as exigências de acessibilidade para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida, e as dimensões dos compartimentos e portas não são adequadas para permitir o acesso seguro e confortável.A requalificação das instalações sanitárias visa atualizar e modernizar todos os aspetos das instalações, assegurando que estas cumpram os requisitos legais e garantam a segurança e o conforto dos utilizadores. A intervenção abrangerá iluminação e ventilação adequadas, acessibilidade universal, adequação de equipamentos sanitários e adequação das dimensões dos compartimentos e portas. Este projeto irá garantir a qualidade e a segurança sanitária, promovendo um ambiente hospitalar mais inclusivo, eficiente e seguro para todos os seus utilizadores.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
