O projeto visa a substituição dos atuais queimadores a nafta (fuelóleo) da Central Térmica do Hospital Senhora da Oliveira, em Guimarães, por novos queimadores modulantes a gás natural. Esta primeira fase é crucial e indissociável da implementação do ramal de gás natural e do respetivo Posto de Redução e Medição.A conversão representa um passo estratégico na modernização tecnológica da Unidade Local de Saúde do Alto Ave (ULSAAVE), com foco primordial na mitigação do elevado passivo ambiental e na melhoria da segurança e saúde ocupacional. A queima de nafta contribui com cerca de 1.457,4 toneladas de CO2 anuais (42% do total de emissões do hospital), além de outros poluentes atmosféricos (óxidos de azoto e enxofre), efluentes líquidos e resíduos de cinzas.Com a substituição, a ULSAAVE garantirá uma drástica redução nas emissões de gases com efeito de estufa e outros poluentes, eliminará os riscos associados ao manuseio e queima de nafta para os colaboradores, e otimizará a eficiência energética na produção de águas quentes sanitárias (AQS) e aquecimento do ambiente para os corpos 1 a 7 do hospital.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
