O projeto Alargamento do Bloco Central tem como finalidade a ampliação e requalificação do Bloco Operatório da ULSAAVE, visando a modernização de uma infraestrutura crítica para a prestação de cuidados cirúrgicos. A operação integra-se na Componente C01 – Saúde do Plano de Recuperação e Resiliência (PRR), concretamente no Investimento RE-C01-i04, orientado para a renovação de áreas hospitalares e de equipamentos hospitalares.A intervenção permitirá aumentar a capacidade cirúrgica instalada, melhorar a eficiência operacional e elevar os padrões de qualidade e segurança assistencial, através da criação de novas salas cirúrgicas, da reorganização funcional dos circuitos e da introdução de tecnologia de última geração. A obra contempla também melhorias substanciais ao nível da acessibilidade, conforto e sustentabilidade, beneficiando tanto os doentes como os profissionais de saúde.Esta operação assume particular relevância num contexto de crescente procura por procedimentos cirúrgicos, num território com densidade populacional elevada e marcado por um perfil demográfico envelhecido. Nesse sentido, o projeto representa uma resposta concreta às necessidades assistenciais da população, contribuindo para a coesão territorial, a equidade no acesso e a resiliência do Serviço Nacional de Saúde (SNS).
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
