A candidatura visa a construção de um novo edifício no âmbito do plano de requalificação da Unidade Local de Saúde de Amadora/Sintra (ULSASI), que integrará três serviços essenciais: o Hospital de Dia (HDP), o Hospital Social (HSS) e a Unidade de Diálise (UD). A ULSASI é a maior unidade local de saúde do país, com uma população superior a 600.000 habitantes, e é responsável por fornecer cuidados hospitalares, de saúde primária e de cuidados continuados na região de Amadora e Sintra. O novo edifício será crucial para melhorar a qualidade e a acessibilidade dos cuidados, com a ampliação dos serviços e a modernização das infraestruturas. O projeto está alinhado com as prioridades do Plano de Recuperação e Resiliência (PRR), que visa modernizar as instalações hospitalares e integrar a prestação de cuidados hospitalares e de saúde primária, garantindo maior eficiência e proximidade no atendimento. O edifício a ser construído incorporará as melhores práticas de eficiência energética, acessibilidade e segurança, contribuindo para a sustentabilidade do sistema de saúde e a melhoria da qualidade de vida da população.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
