Summary

O presente projeto visa a requalificação e ampliação do Serviço de Hematologia do Instituto Português de Oncologia de Lisboa Francisco Gentil, E.P.E. (IPO Lisboa), no Pavilhão de Medicina – Piso 1. Esta intervenção responde a constrangimentos infraestruturais e assistenciais que comprometem a qualidade, segurança e capacidade de resposta do serviço. O projeto contempla a ampliação da área existente, passando dos atuais 26 para 34 camas, das quais 5 serão em quartos individuais com pressão positiva e capacidade de isolamento, integrando uma unidade dedicada a terapias celulares (como o tratamento com células CAR-T) e infeções por microrganismos multirresistentes.A requalificação inclui a criação de novos espaços funcionais, como salas de tratamentos, áreas de trabalho médico e de enfermagem, zonas de apoio técnico, gabinetes, instalações sanitárias e sistemas técnicos atualizados (AVAC, iluminação LED, isolamento térmico, entre outros). O projeto será executado de forma faseada, garantindo a continuidade da atividade clínica durante a obra.Este investimento, estimado em 943.500,00€, insere-se no âmbito do Aviso n.º 05/C01-i04/2025, contribuindo para os objetivos estratégicos do PRR no reforço da capacidade de resposta do SNS, com foco na inovação terapêutica, eficiência energética e equidade no acesso aos cuidados de saúde. A intervenção permitirá melhorar significativamente as condições de internamento, responder ao aumento da procura e reforçar o papel do IPO Lisboa como referência nacional na prestação de cuidados hemato-oncológicos especializados.

Beneficiaries

Within the scope of the Recovery and Resilience Plan, two types of beneficiaries are responsible for carrying out the projects and using the funding provided. Due to their similar role, the reference to these two types of beneficiaries has been simplified and unified under the term "Beneficiary".
The two types are::
  • Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
  • Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.

Call for applications

As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.

The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
