No âmbito do PRR C08-i01.03 – Programa Emparcelar para Ordenar, o presente projeto visa a aquisição de prédios rústicos confinantes e contíguos a propriedades já detidas pelo beneficiário, com o objetivo de promover o emparcelamento e a reorganização da estrutura fundiária. Esta operação permiteaumentar a dimensão e a continuidade física da exploração, potenciando uma gestão mais eficiente e sustentável dos recursos, contribuindo assim para avalorização e ordenamento do território rural. Com a concretização do projeto, espera-se uma melhoria da produtividade, a redução do risco de abandono das parcelas e o reforço da coesão territorial, promovendo uma ocupação mais racional e duradoura do espaço rural. Nesta candidatura, o proponente adquiriu 2 propriedades (Secção: P, Artigos: 51 e 80), confinantes e contíguas, à sua (Secção: P, Artigo: 43 com origem no 52).
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
