Com este projeto pretende-se promover o aumento da dimensão média da propriedade rural e contribuir para a viabilidade e sustentabilidade económica dasexplorações, incrementar o ordenamento e gestão dos prédios rústicos e, consequentemente, contribuir para a resiliência do território e para a preservação edinamização das atividades agroflorestais. O redimensionamento da exploração permitirá uma gestão mais eficiente e sustentável do uso do solo eparalelamente a redução da fragmentação fundiária, a melhoria da rentabilidade agrícola, a otimização dos recursos hídricos e energéticos, a facilitação damecanização e a valorização do património fundiário. Em 14 julho de 2023 foi adquirido um prédio rústico (Artigo Matricial 53_CC) e posteriormente (em 24julho 2023) foram adquiridos um conjunto de 7 prédios (32,46,47,48,50,51 e 52 da secção CC) com o objetivo de promover o aumento da dimensão média dapropriedade rural e contribuir para a viabilidade e sustentabilidade económica da exploração. Em outubro de 2025 foram adquiridos os prédios 30 e 49 dasecção CC, com o mesmo objetivo.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
