Summary

A Unidade Local de Saúde da Região de Aveiro (ULSRA) procura com esta candidatura dotar-se de um sistema de cirurgia robótica de última geração, no âmbito do Plano de Recuperação e Resiliência (PRR), enquadrado na Componente C01 – Serviço Nacional de Saúde. Este investimento insere-se na estratégia nacional de modernização tecnológica do setor da saúde e responde às necessidades identificadas pela instituição nas áreas da urologia, ginecologia, cirurgia geral e outras especialidades com elevada atividade cirúrgica.A introdução da cirurgia robótica representa um avanço significativo na qualidade e na segurança dos cuidados prestados, permitindo intervenções minimamente invasivas, maior precisão técnica e melhores resultados clínicos. Com impacto direto na recuperação dos doentes, na eficiência operativa e na equidade no acesso a cuidados diferenciados, este equipamento permitirá tratar localmente casos de maior complexidade, reduzindo assim a necessidade de referenciações externas, promovendo a coesão territorial.Trata-se de um investimento estruturante com elevado valor estratégico para a ULSRA, que reforça a atratividade da instituição enquanto centro de excelência assistencial, formativo e tecnológico. A par dos ganhos assistenciais e organizacionais, o projeto cumpre integralmente os princípios de sustentabilidade ambiental e igualdade de oportunidades, contribuindo para um Serviço Nacional de Saúde mais moderno, eficiente e centrado nas pessoas.

Beneficiaries

Within the scope of the Recovery and Resilience Plan, two types of beneficiaries are responsible for carrying out the projects and using the funding provided. Due to their similar role, the reference to these two types of beneficiaries has been simplified and unified under the term "Beneficiary".
The two types are::
  • Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
  • Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.

Call for applications

As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.

The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
