Proficiency in applying analytical techniques such as chromatography, spectroscopy, and mass spectrometry to assess the nutritional and functional properties of proteins is essential.The candidate should have a proven track record of developing innovative food products that leverage sustainable proteins while meeting clean label requirements and maintaining sensory quality and convenience. Beneficiaries

Within the scope of the Recovery and Resilience Plan, two types of beneficiaries are responsible for carrying out the projects and using the funding provided. Due to their similar role, the reference to these two types of beneficiaries has been simplified and unified under the term "Beneficiary".

Call for applications
