O Edifício ERPI Cónego Correia é um edifício de serviços localizado na Rua General Norton de Matos n 471, 4990-118, Arca e Ponte de Lima, concelho de Ponte de Lima. As intervenções a executar são ao nível do aumento e monitorização da eficiência energética nas infraestruturas e equipamentos doedifício nomeadamente: - Intervenção em sistemas técnicos através da Substituição das atuais caldeiras por equipamentos do tipo Bomba de calor para produção de AQS - Produção de energia com base em fontes de energia renováveis (FER) para autoconsumo, através da Instalação de um sistema fotovoltaico para autoconsumo - Ações Imateriais através de Auditorias, diagnósticos e outros trabalhos necessários à realização de investimentos, bem como a avaliação ex-post independente que permita a avaliação e o acompanhamento do desempenho e da eficiência energética do investimento.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
