O presente projeto visa a melhoria da eficiência energética do RTP - Lisboa (Marvila), por forma a contribuir para as metas da UE no que diz respeito a reabilitar e tornar os edifícios energeticamente mais eficientes. Esta intervenção tem como objetivos principais a melhoria dos níveis de conforto para os seus utilizadores, nomeadamente o térmico, a melhoria da qualidade do ar interior, o benefício para a saúde, a promoção da produtividade laboral, a extensão da vida útil dos edifícios, o aumento da sua resiliência, a redução da fatura e da dependência energética do país, bem como a redução de emissões de gases com efeito de estufa (GEE). o projeto integra um conjunto de medidas de intervenção de eficiência energética que se inserem nas diferentes tipologias de intervenção: (1) T1 - Envolvente Opaca, (2) T2 - Intervenção em sistemas técnicos e (3) T3 - Produção de Energia com base em FER para autoconsumo, perfeitamente alinhadas com o investimento "TC-C13-i02 Eficiência energética em edifícios da administração pública central" da "Componente C13 Eficiência Energética em Edifícios" do PRR, nos objetivos definidos por este Aviso de Concurso e enquadrados no Regulamento (EU) n.º 2021/241 do Parlamento Europeu e do Conselho, de 12 de fevereiro de 2021. A adoção destas medidas obrigará a RTP a efetuar um investimento no valor estimado de cerca 4 966 990,00¬ , como resultado, espera-se alcançar uma classe energética mais eficiente (B), face àquela que atualmente o edifício dispõe (D), com impacto significativo ao nível da redução do consumo energético e, consequentemente, das emissões de CO2 do edifício. A operação permitirá alcançar uma poupança de energia primária de 667,82 tep face à situação atual e a uma redução de 802,08 tCO2 eq/ano
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
