O objetivo da operação aqui visada é alcançar a melhoria da eficiência energética do edifício da Escola Superior de Educação e Ciências Sociais, através de um conjunto de investimentos em diferentes tipologias de intervenção. O edifício dado a sua idade, apresenta algumas falhas que influenciam a sua eficiência energética, o que se reflete num maior consumo de energia e consequentemente de emissões de CO2, conforme se comprova pelo certificado energético emitido, que revela que o edifício pertence à classe energética D, apresentado consumos na ordem dos 271,837 kWh/ano, o que corresponde a 80,7 ton/ano de emissões de CO2. Neste âmbito, revela-se importante intervir no sentido de reduzir o consumo de energia e aumentar o conforto térmico dentro do edifício, bem como reduzir a pegada carbónica associada. Assim, nesta operação estão previstos os seguintes investimentos: > Aplicação de isolamento térmico na cobertura do edifício; > Instalações de AVAC - Climatização e aquecimento das águas sanitárias; > Instalação de central fotovoltaica; > Instalação de sistema de gestão de energia para controlar os consumos; > Substituição das lâmpadas atuais (do tipo fluorescente) por lâmpadas LED; > Substituição de portas e janelas com caixilharia metálica ou em madeira por Janelas com caixilharia em PVC. Com este conjunto de investimentos pretende-se reduzir o consumo energético em 38,22 tep/ano correspondendo a uma redução de 86,02% do consumo de energia primária e uma redução de 88,52% de emissões de CO2.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
