A presente operação consiste na adoção de um conjunto de medidas que visam a redução do consumo energético do edifício, tendo sido realizada uma auditoria energética com o objetivo de avaliar o desempenho energético e determinar um conjunto de melhorias de eficiência energética, incluindo a utilização de energias renováveis, por forma a que o edifício do Polo Calouste Gulbenkian se torne muito mais eficiente energeticamente. Estas medidas consistem: - Na aplicação de isolamento térmico na cobertura; - Na substituição da caixilharia existente por nova caixilharia; - Na aplicação de película para redução do fator solar nos vão envidraçados; - Na substituição de 2 caldeiras; - Na substituição completa das luminárias; - Na instalação de sistema de monitorização, gestão e controlo no sistema de aquecimento e iluminação; - Na instalação de um sistema fotovoltaico para produção de energia elétrica para autoconsumo. A realização da intervenção resulta numa redução de consumo de energia primária de 37,32% (64,88 tep) e de uma redução de emissões de gases com efeito de estufa de 35,02% (108,49 ton CO2eq).
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
