O presente projeto visa a melhoria da eficiência energética do Edifício Sede da Escola Superior de Enfermagem do Porto, por forma a contribuir para as metas da UE no que diz respeito a reabilitar e tornar os edifícios energeticamente mais eficientes. Esta intervenção tem como objetivos principais a melhoria dos níveis de conforto para os seus utilizadores, nomeadamente o térmico, a melhoria da qualidade do ar interior, o benefício para a saúde, a promoção da produtividade laboral, a extensão da vida útil dos edifícios, o aumento da sua resiliência, a redução da fatura e da dependência energética do país, bem como a redução de emissões de gases com efeito de estufa (GEE). Assim, este projeto tem englobado diversas medidas, das quais se destacam a implementação de um sistema de Gestão Técnica Centralizada (GTC), a substituição das caldeiras do sistema AVAC e a substituição de equipamentos com maior eficiência hídrica, que vão potenciar uma redução anual do consumo de energia primária do Edifício em 1.376.953,50kWhEP/ano, que equivale a uma diminuição anual estimada das emissões de gases com efeito de estufa de 145,87 t CO2eq/ano e 235,00 m3 no consumo de água. Através de um investimento total de 857.670,00, a classe energética do edifício passará de B- para A.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
