A presente intervenção visa reabilitar o Bloco de Investigação da FEUC que se encontra degradado, uma vez que desde a sua construção nunca foi alvo de intervenção. Com esta operação pretende-se dotar o edifício das melhores condições de utilização e conforto, tornando-o um edifício eficiente energeticamente. Neste contexto, intervir-se-à na melhoria do isolamento da envolvente, substituição dos vãos envidraçados, proporcionando melhores condições de isolamento térmico, intervindo ainda em sistemas técnicos que visam a otimização dos consumos de energia, designadamente, através da substituição das luminárias e do sistema AVAC, complementando a melhoria de consumos com a introdução de painéis fotovoltaicos para autoconsumo e um sistema de gestão técnica centralizada. Com esta intervenção conseguir-se-à uma redução em cerca de 43% de consumo de energia primária (318.468 kWhEP/ano) e 41,29% na redução das emissões de CO2 (36,46 tCO2 eq/ano), permitindo ainda uma melhoria na classificação energética da Classe D para Classe B.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
