A presente operação consiste na adoção de um conjunto de medidas que visam a redução do consumo energético do edifício, por forma a que o Edifício da ESDRM se torne muito mais eficiente energeticamente. Estas medidas consistem: - na aplicação de isolamento térmico nas coberturas; - na substituição de sistema de AVAC; - na substituição completa das luminárias; - na instalação de um sistema fotovoltaico para produção de energia elétrica para autoconsumo. A implementação destas medidas resulta numa redução do consumo energético em cerca de 183.170 kWh/ano, a que corresponde uma poupança expectável de cerca de 28.959/ano. Estima-se uma redução do consumo de energia primária anual de 457.925 kWhEP, correspondente a uma redução anual de 44%.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
