A operação "Plano de Eficiência Energética do Edifício Pedagógico da ESTM Campus 4 do Politécnico de Leiria", visa a melhoria da eficiência energética do edifício pedagógico da Escola Superior de Turismo e Tecnologia do Mar do Politécnico de Leiria. O edifício é constituído por uma única fração, está localizado no concelho de Peniche, a uma altitude de 23 m e uma distância à costa marítima inferir a 50 km. Possui uma área aproximada de 9.210m2 e um pé direito médio de 2,63 m. O consumo energético, durante o ano de referência (2019), foi de 278.523 kWh, equivalente a 696.309 kWhEP (Energia Primária), o que representa um consumo específico anual de 79,29 kWhEP/(m2.ano), com emissão de 100,27(t.CO2), estando na Classe Energética "C". Com a presente operação, o Politécnico de Leiria pretende melhorar o desempenho energético do edifício, através de intervenções essenciais, conforme medidas de utilização racional de energia identificadas na Auditoria Energética: instalação de sistema de produção de energia térmica, substituição dos sistemas de iluminação, sistema solar fotovoltaico, Gestão Técnica Centralizada e ações imateriais. Estas intervenções permitirão uma redução do consumo de energia primária de 831.679,88 kWhEP/ano (31,40%) e 31,42% na redução das emissões de CO2 (83,17 tCO2 eq/ano).
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
