A presente candidatura é apresentada pelo Centro Hospitalar do Baixo Vouga, EPE (CHBV, EPE), enquanto beneficiário final. O edifício abrangido pela candidatura é o Hospital Conde Sucena que se encontra afeto, exclusivamente, a atividades assistenciais na área da Saúde. No âmbito da auditoria energética realizada foram identificadas e propostas várias oportunidades de melhoria que permitirão incrementar o desempenho energético do edifício, reduzir fatura energética anual e melhorar a classificação energética, em pleno enquadramento com as tipologias de intervenção previstas no ponto 6 do Aviso e conforme se explicita: 1. Substituição de lâmpadas 2. Aplicação de isolamento térmico na cobertura 3. Instalação de sistema solar fotovoltaico 4. Substituição de envidraçados 5. Substituição da Central Térmica 6. Instalação de sistema solar térmico 7. Substituição das UTAS e sistemas de arrefecimento 8. Ações imateriais. Com base nos cálculos efetuados no Guião Diagnóstico, a redução no consumo de energia primária será de 62,29 tep/ano, correspondente a uma diminuição de 37,9% e a redução na emissão de gases com efeito de estufa será de 94,01 tCO2 eq/ano, correspondente a uma diminuição de 37,08%.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
