A população mirense é uma população envelhecida com um índice de envelhecimento superior à média nacional (Mira: 226 idosos por cada 100 jovens; Nacional: 177 idosos por cada 100 jovens). São múltiplos os desafios que se apresentam à população idosa. Estes desafios poderão ser reduzidos ou ser facilitados se conseguirmos manter um envelhecimento ativo/saudável e durante a nossa vida possamos manter hábitos saudáveis tais como caminhadas, alimentação cuidada, etc. Foi conhecendo a realidade destes lugares da nossa freguesia que desenvolvemos algumas propostas para melhorar a qualidade e as condições de vida. Assim, este projeto constitui-se como uma catapulta para promoção de uma melhoria de qualidade de vida e adoção de um estilo de vida ativo e saudável nos territórios do Colmeal, Lentisqueira e Corujeira, aldeias do concelho de Mira. Todos beneficiam deste projeto pois, através dele e de forma segura, seguindo as normas da DGS para o COVID-19 poderão realizar caminhadas em segurança.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
