O projeto “Bairro Restaurativo de Alcoitão” surge da necessidade constatada e vivenciada "in loco" de influir positivamente no Bairro de Alcoitão, no qual está localizada, desde o ano de 2018, a Casa de Saída da Confiar Apoio Familiar de Cascais (CAF-Cascais). Trata-se de uma comunidade com carências várias que, através da aproximação existente entre os utentes da Casa de Saída da Confiar e os técnicos da mesma instituição que acompanham o seu funcionamento, foi possível identificar e seriar. Nestes termos, e considerando que o local de residência de alguns dos utentes do CAF-Cascais é o Bairro de Alcoitão, assumimos a necessidade de melhorar toda a envolvência e convivência circundante. É esse o desiderato que nos move nesta candidatura. Através dos princípios e práticas da Justiça Restaurativa, base de atuação da Confiar, pretende-se potenciar o surgimento de "fora" de diálogo, ancorados em círculos restaurativos entre as diferentes comunidades residentes no Bairro de Alcoitão.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
