Complementar e desenvolver as competências dos desempregados, nomeadamente dos jovens, de forma a melhorar o seu perfil de empregabilidade, através de experiência prática em contexto de trabalho; Apoiar a transição entre o sistema de qualificações e o mercado de trabalho, nomeadamente, promovendo a inserção na vida ativa dos jovens com níveis adequados de qualificação; Promover o conhecimento sobre novas formações e competências junto das empresas e promover a criação de emprego em novas áreas; Apoiar a melhoria das qualificações e a reconversão da estrutura produtiva.
