The main aim of this study is to investigate the modulation of the TME in lung cancer by PA and characterize the impact of PA on: i) tumor growth, progression and metastasis; ii) tumor vascularization, perfusion and hypoxia; iii) histological, immunohistochemical and biochemical features of the TME; iv) local and systemic immune-profile.
