Who are the beneficiaries?

Portugal 2030 beneficiaries are divided into Main Beneficiaries and Other Beneficiaries. These beneficiaries are public or private entities responsible for ensuring the implementation of the projects, and may do so individually or in cooperation with other beneficiaries, through the “Partnership”, “Joint” or “Co-promotion” modalities.

Main Beneficiaries

Public or private entities that apply for funding or support for the implementation of projects within the scope of Portugal 2030.

Other Beneficiaries

Public or private entities that collaborate as partners of the Lead Beneficiary in the implementation of projects.

Providers

Public or private entities responsible for the sale of products or services to Main Beneficiaries or Other Beneficiaries to carry out projects.
