Summary

The project “Promoting Agri-food and Forestry Stakeholder Engagement for Knowledge Transfer and SMARTAgriFor partnerships” is an 18 month project that will be implemented by the four SMARTAgriFor universities from the North of Portugal: Universidade de Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro (UTAD), Universidade Católica Portuguesa (UCP), Universidade do Porto (UP) and Universidade do Minho (UM). The project is coordinated by UTAD, following the similar and successful leadership structure implemented in the context of SMARTAgriFor. The main objective of the project is to promote, through a series of initiatives, agri-food and forestry based stakeholder engagement, with the aim of identifying R&D needs across multiple value chains, to transfer knowledge onto stakeholders and to establish strategic partnerships for the benefit of stakeholders and SMARTAgriFor.
