O investimento C17-i02 relativo à Modernização da infraestrutura do sistema de informação patrimonial da AT tem como Beneficiário Direto (BD) a Autoridade Tributária e Aduaneira (AT.) Este investimento conta com um custo estimado global de 54.819.938 €, dos quais se requer o apoio do MRR em 43.084.888 € (os restantes 11.735.050 € serão assegurados por fontes nacionais, nomeadamente o orçamento próprio das entidades intervenientes), repartindo-se num conjunto de projetos: o Desenvolvimento aplicacional e de reforço da infraestrutura de preservação da informação predial digitalizada, totalizando 10.704.000 € (excluindo IVA); o Tratamento de PRA do cadastro geométrico (2022-2024; custo total imputado ao PRR de 2.600.000 € (excluindo IVA), correspondente a um fator de imputação de 50%), custo total de 5.200.000 € (excluindo IVA) estimado pela AT; o Processo de avaliação geral dos prédios rústicos (2023-2026; custo total imputado ao PRR de 22.500.000 € (excluindo IVA), correspondente a um fator de imputação de 75%), custo total de 30.000.000 € (excluindo IVA) estimado pela AT; o Processo de digitalização das matrizes prediais (2021-2024; custo total imputado ao PRR de 7.132.759 € (excluindo IVA), correspondente a um fator de imputação de 90%), custo total de 8.915.937,50 € (excluindo IVA) estimado pela AT. Este investimento será implementado pela AT, o IRN, a DGT, o GPP, entre outros.
