Este investimento consiste na criação e melhoria de infraestruturas rodoviárias para reforçar as ligações transfronteiriças com Espanha de forma a desenvolver a mobilidade transfronteiriça, melhorar a competitividade das empresas e ao mesmo tempo também permitir a utilização comum das infraestruturas, como a linha ferroviária de alta velocidade em Sanabria ou o aeródromo de Bragança. Neste contrato está prevista a seguinte intervenção rodoviária: - EN103: Vinhais / Bragança (variantes)
