Em resposta às fragilidades identificadas, a Distr-IT escolheu o pacote Criação de loja online em Shopify, projeto totalmente personalizado que contempla estrutura de menus lógicos, template responsivo otimizado para mobile, configuração de meios de pagamento e integração com software de faturação, setup de catálogo de produtos colaborativos HP Poly, instalação de funcionalidades avançadas como wishlist, filtros por categoria e descontos, checkout simplificado em um passo e automações de e-mail para carrinho abandonado e cross-selling; incluirá ainda Google Analytics para acompanhamento de métricas, permitindo uma experiência de compra fluida que guia o cliente da descoberta à finalização da encomenda e posterior fidelização, alicerçada em conteúdos técnicos e ofertas segmentadas.
