A Frejen Wise Solutions irá desenvolver o Commergy, uma plataforma digital inteligente que integra sistemas de e-commerce com os principais ERPs do mercado, permitindo às empresas otimizar todos os fluxos operacionais do comércio digital. Commergy automatiza a criação e gestão de dados de produto (multilíngua e SEO), processamento de encomendas, expedições, devoluções, faturação e serviço ao cliente. A plataforma incluirá ainda funcionalidades avançadas como integração com transportadoras, recolha e divulgação do passaporte digital de produto com lógica ESG, e dashboards de analítica preditiva. Desenvolvida com tecnologias modernas (React, Node.js) e capacidade de incorporar IA, RPA e workflows, Commergy visa aumentar a eficiência, rastreabilidade e sustentabilidade das operações digitais. O objetivo é capacitar marcas e retalhistas para crescerem de forma escalável, inteligente e automatizada, através de uma solução tecnológica inovadora e ready-to-scale.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.

Beneficiaries representing public entities implement their project by signing one or more contracts with suppliers for goods or services through public procurement procedures.
